Cancellation policy

1. Individual Bookings:

  • A full refund will be issued for individually booked sessions if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund due to the materials required for each session.


2. Block Booked Sessions:

  • For block booked sessions, 24 hours notice is required for a full refund on each session within the block.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

3. Larger Pre-booked Groups:

  • For larger pre-booked groups, consisting of 10 participants or more, 5 working days notice is required for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 5 working days before the scheduled session will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost.

Procedure for Cancellations:

  • To cancel a booking made through our booking system BookWhen, please log in to your account and cancel through the online service. For anything booked separately, please get in touch with us at hello@thegardenerscollective.co.uk with your booking details to request a refund. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days upon receipt of the cancellation request.


Exceptions:

In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as documented emergencies, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of The Gardeners Co. CIC.


By booking a session with The Gardeners Co. CIC, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
